One straightforward process for roofing, masonry, and exterior projects.
You should know what happens next at every stage. Here is how ECI takes a project from your first call to a finished, reviewed job.

Timing depends on the scope, materials, weather, and scheduling — we'll give you specifics for your project rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.
We learn what you've noticed, the property type, and what you're hoping to accomplish, so the right ECI team member follows up.
We look at the conditions in person and document what we find with photos where helpful.
We explain what we saw, what is causing it when it can be identified, and the options — including when a repair is enough.
You receive a written proposal covering the scope, materials, pricing, and what is not included, so you can compare it with confidence.
Once you approve the work, we schedule it and coordinate access and any other trades or services in the scope.
Your ECI contact stays reachable during the project so questions and changes are handled directly.
The site is cleaned up and we review the completed work with you before closing out.
Evaluations cover the roof surface, flashing, ventilation, and edges. Proposals specify the roofing system and components.
Evaluations focus on mortar, brick or stone condition, crowns, and drainage. Scopes distinguish repair, tuckpointing, and rebuilding.
Projects may involve site access plans, tenant coordination, bid documents, and multiple stakeholders reviewing the proposal.
Damage is documented for your records. You work with your insurance company on the claim; ECI is a contractor, not a public adjuster.
